This 18 gauge cartilage earring is made with an 8mm durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel straight barbell and has a 3mm ball end. It features two curved rows of small clear cubic zirconia gems, with a row of four round ones below and slightly to the side of a row of four star-shaped gems.
